Von Duprin Quiet Electric Latch Retraction (QEL) Modular Kit

The QEL provides electronic control of an exit device where limited operational noise is desired. It is Von Duprin’s choice solution for hospitals, libraries, museums, theaters and any other place where ambient noise is possibly disruptive.

OPERATION

The QEL can retract a latchbolt momentarily or on an extended, scheduled basis via access control system. This modular kit can retrofit existing devices such as the Von Duprin 98/99, 94/95, 33A/35A, and 22 Series panic and fire-rated exit devices.
